Uría Menéndez in the acquisition of 360º Padel Group
Uría Menéndez has advised Ergon Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in 360º Padel Group, the largest distributor of padel equipment worldwide with an omnichannel strategy that combines various specialist websites (including Padel Nuestro), almost 80 brick-and-mortar stores and a presence in more than 500 padel clubs around the world.
