Uría Menéndez, Garrigues counsel on Konecta´s acquisition of Rockethall

Uría Menéndez has advised Spain´s Konecta on its acquisition of the Rockethall group of companies, with Garrigues representing the seller

Madrid-headquartered Konecta (Grupo Konectanet), a multinational company specialised in providing BPO and customer experience services, has acquired the Rockethall group of companies (Rocket Hall S L), specialised in providing digital marketing services, artificial intelligence and big data solutions.

The expected turnover of the acquired group is over €100 million in 2020 according to the company. It has 6,300 employees, which will be added to the more than 65,000 employees of the Konecta Group.

In this way, Konecta continues executing its strategic plan and enriching its offer of specialized services for customers from different sectors based on value-added solutions. The integration of Rockethall brings the Konecta Group closer to a turnover of €1 billion.

Uría Menéndez advised Konecta with an M&A team comprising partner Eva Ferrada (pictured top left), and associate Miguel Ángel Motos, along with an EU & Competition Law team including partner Alfonso Gutiérrez (pictured top right), together and associate Violeta Marinas.
