Uría Menéndez and Pinsent Masons instructed on Aire Networks deal

Uría Menéndez advised Spanish telecommunications company Aire Networks on the sale of a majority stake in the company to Magnum Capital.

Magnum Capital was advised by Pinsent Masons, according to Mergermarket.

Aire Networks’ turnover stood at €35 million in 2017. The company employs more than 140 people.

Magnum Capital has made 12 investments in the Iberian Peninsula since 2007. The private equity fund generally targets equity investments in the €40 million to €100 million range.
