Uría Menéndez advises on the sale of the network of natural gas and on the acquisition of 25% of an SPV

Uría Menéndez has advised on the sale of the network of gas natural and on the acquisition of 25% of an SPV. The sale deal value is 54 million euros and the acquisition is valued in 95.2 million euros.

The firm has advised Reganosa Holdco and Regasificadora del Noroeste on the sale of the network of natural gas pipelines owned by Regasificadora del Noroeste to Enagás Transporte and on the acquisition by Reganosa HoldCo from Enagás Transporte of 25% of an SPV to which the “El Musel” regasification facility would be contributed.

The team belong to the corporate department of Madrid and it was formed by Carlos de Cárdenas (partner, finance), Juan Ignacio González (partner, energy) and Martín Jordano (partner, corporate and M&A). The tax team was formed by Rafael García Llaneza (partner, tax). And the competition tema was led by Antonio Guerra (partner, competition).
