Uría Menéndez and Martínez-Echevarría advise on BD Capital take-private of Netex Knowledge Factory
Uría Menéndez and Martínez-Echevarría have advised on BD Capital acquisition of a majority stake in Netex Knowledge Factory, the Galician e-learling company, through a takeover offer to all shareholders at a price of €4.75 per share, and the subsequent delisting of the company’s shares.
The transaction values the company at over 65 million euros and also includes a capital injection of 7.5 million euros for the expansion of Netex.
