Uría Menéndez advises Oakley Capital on acquisition of Primavera BSS

Uría Menéndez has advised Oakley Capital on its acquisitions in Spain and the agreement reached for the acquisition of the Portuguese Primavera BSS

Primavera BSS, a leading company in business management software, will be combined with existing Oakley Capital portfolio company Ekon, a Spanish provider of enterprise resource planning software, to create a new group under the name Grupo Primavera for the provision of business software in Iberia. Grupo Primavera will also comprise other recent add-on acquisitions on which Uría Menéndez has advised within the last twelve months, such as Contasimple, Billage, Diez Software and Professional Software.
