Uría Menéndez advises Holaluz on IPO
Uría Menéndez advised Spanish green energy startup Holaluz on its IPO and listing on the Spanish Alternative Equity Market (MAB)
The starting price of the company, which had previously closed a capital increase of €30 million, was set at €7.78 per share, representing an initial market capitalization of €160 million. The company’s shares started trading on 29 November 2019 and the share price has jumped 27.2 per cent above the IPO price in only two trading sessions.
The team from Uría Menéndez was led by Antonio Herrera (pictured), managing partner of the firm´s Barcelona office and Madrid partner Javier Redonet.
