Uría Menéndez advises Cellnex on €1.2bn rights issue

Uría Menéndez advised Cellnex Telecom on its €1.2 billion rights issue.

 

The Uría Menéndez team included partners Alfonso Ventoso (pictured) and David López Pombo, senior associate Beatriz Camilleri, and junior associate Susana Serrano de Frutos.

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan underwrote the transaction, while BNP Paribas and CaixaBank were the bookrunners.

Cellnex Telecom has 8,000 operating sites across Spain, as well as having sites in the UK, France, the Netherlands and Italy.
