Bird & Bird hires senior associate from Pérez-Llorca

Bird & Bird has hired senior associate Juan de Navasqüés from Pérez-Llorca.

Navasqüés will join Bird & Bird’s energy and natural resources team, which is currently led by partner and co-head of the firm’s Madrid office Coral Yáñez and partner Hermenegildo Altozano.

Navasqüés spent five years at Pérez-Llorca. He was previously an associate at Latham & Watkins.

Altozano said: “Juan’s experience in Corporate and M & A will give us very important added value and allow us to further strengthen an area that is continuously expanding with considerable potential both in Spain and Latin America.”
