Uría Menéndez advises Ardian on the acquisition of Fermax Group
Uría Menéndez has advised Ardian Expansion Fund VI on the acquisition of 100% of the Fermax Group, a global leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of electronic door entry systems, video door entry solutions, and access control technologies.
The Fermax Group provides integrated communication and security solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Through this transaction, Ardian will obtain full ownership of the Fermax Group, boosting its strategic growth objectives, technological innovation, and international expansion.
