Uría and VdA advise on Concremat acquisition by Molins
Uría Menéndez in Lisbon provided legal advice to Molins on the acquisition of the Portuguese company Concremat, a national company in precast concrete. According to the law firm, Molins is a global player in construction solutions, committed to carbon neutrality and the circular economy. This acquisition from Prefab marks Molins’ entry into the Portuguese market. Prefab was advised by Vieira de Almeida.
The Uría Menéndez team advising on the transaction was led by Antonio Villacampa (partner, M&A – pictured) and included António Castro Caldas (partner, tax), Maria Magalhães (senior associate, M&A), Inês Freitas de Almeida (junior associate, M&A), and Maria de São José (junior associate, M&A).
