Uría and KPMG advise on the acquisition of Natra
KPMG Abogados has advised CapVest on the acquisition of 100% of Natra to Investindustrial, advised by Uría Menéndez.
Founded in 1943, Natra is an international company specialised in production and distribution of chocolate products and cocoa-derived ingredients with factories in Spain, Belgium, France and Canada.
The team from KPMG Abogados providing spanish and international tax advice to CapVest and due diligence assistance was formed by the partner, Álvaro de Silva (pictured right), the senior manager, Álvaro Hernández, the director, Ricardo López, the associates, María Pedraza and Gonzalo Matamoros and the assistant, Carola Muñoz.
The team from Uría Menéndez advising Investindustrial was formed by the partners, Ignacio Albiñana (pictured left), Eduardo Bagaría (pictured centre left) and Antonio Guerra (pictured centre right) and the lawyers, Julia Figueras and Josep Moreno.
