Uría and Cuatrecasas on €210M refinancing of Nido Living portfolio

Uría Menéndez has advised the banking syndicate led by Aareal Bank AG on the Portuguese law aspects of a €210.5 million financing transaction aimed at refinancing a portfolio of student residences owned by the Nido Living Group, located in Spain and Portugal. The banking syndicate was also advised by Slaughter and May on English law matters, while Cuatrecasas handled Spanish law matters.

The Uría Menéndez team was led by José António Reymão Nogueira (principal associate, banking & finance), with the support of Diogo Zambujo (senior associate, banking & finance), António Castro Caldas (partner, tax) and André Husgen (principal associate, real estate).
