Uría advises Tristan & Kefren on logistic complex acquisition

Uría Menéndez has advised Tristan Capital Partners, LLP and Kefren Capital Real Estate on a logistics complex acquisition in Constantí 

UriaMenendezUría Menéndez has advised Tristan Capital Partners, LLP and Kefren Capital Real Estate on acquiring a logistics complex in Constantí (Tarragona) through a forward purchase agreement. The value of this deal was undisclosed.

This is a logistics platform of around 40,000 m2 in the Constantí Industrial Estate. The asset, which is available in its entirety for rent, is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of this year.
