URA Urquiza promotes Tomás Ramírez Apolinario as a partner

Tomás Ramírez Apolinario

Ramírez Apolinario joined URA Urquiza in 2019 as a senior associate in the commercial law department, in the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria office. Throughout these years, he has stood out for his solid experience in commercial law, especially in the areas of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial law, capital markets and commercial contracting.

Tomás Ramírez Apolinario states that “assuming this responsibility is a great opportunity to continue contributing to the success and growth of URA Urquiza Abogados. With respect to his education, Tomás holds a degree in Law from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (a center affiliated to the Universidad Complutense de Madrid) where he obtained the Extraordinary Degree Award. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets. His professional career spans more than fifteen years. He began his professional career in the M&A and Capital Markets area of Uría Menéndez and later worked in the financial legal department of BBVA in Madrid.
