Toda & Nel-lo advises HAM on the acquisition of FNX

Toda & Nel-lo advised Grupo HAM on the acquisition of Basque company FNX Liquid Natural Gas

Ham Group, leading in design, manufacturing and installation of Natural Gas Liquefaction plants, also including equipment for processing/ treatment of natural gas from wells and other sources, acquired 100% of FNX Liquid Natural Gas. Based in the Basque Country, Spain, FNX Liquid Natural Gas is also focused on the design, manufacturing and installation of Small-Scale Natural Gas Liquefaction plants.

The deal value was not disclosed.
