Telles advises on sale of Ordem da Trindade’s Hospital to CUF Group
Telles has advised Ordem da Trindade Hospital on its sale to the CUF Group.
The transaction was led by Pedro Almeida e Sousa, partner and head of real estate, construction and urban planning, and Cristina Ferreira, partner of corporate, commercial and M&A practice. The team also included Maria Miguel Cameira, associate of corporate, commercial and M&A practice.
The Ordem da Trindade is a Private Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS), with almost three centuries of history, which is concerned with providing health care and social support of excellence.
The CUF Group is the largest private healthcare operator in Portugal and it is now reinforcing its presence in the Porto, helping to strengthen the positioning of the CUF network in the north of Portugal.
