TELLES advises GuestReady on The Porto Concierge acquisition

Telles Advogados has advised The GuestReady Group on the acquisition of The Porto Concierge, the largest Airbnb management platform in Portugal

The acquisition of The Porto Concierge, created in 2014, by The GuestReady Group means the creation of the largest short term rental company in Portugal. This way, GuestReady plans to double its investment in Portugal and adds the fifth acquisition in four years, currently with more than 100 workers and providing services in more than 20 cities in Portugal, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.

GuestReady is an international short-term rental management company founded in 2016 and has been active in Lisbon and Oporto since 2018 and currently has more than 600 properties under management in the Greater Oporto area and the north coast.

The transaction was led by Telles’ senior associate Diogo Damião (pictured left) and associate Tomás Paiva Rosado (pictured right), both from the Corporate, Commercial and M&A team.
