SRS Legal advises Addlife on Unicam acquisition
SRS Legal advised Addlife on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Unicam Sistemas Analíticos, a Portuguese company specialised in the distribution of advanced analytical laboratory equipment. The transaction brings Unicam into Addlife’s Labtech business area, expanding the group’s footprint in the Portuguese market and its position in the advanced laboratory technology sector.
Unicam, operating since 1991, supplies equipment and consumables and provides technical support, services and training in chromatography, spectrometry and microwave technology, serving universities, research institutions and companies across various industrial sectors.
Addlife is a Swedish group with a presence across the European market, comprising approximately 85 operating companies and 2,300 employees. Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, the group provides products, services and solutions for the healthcare, research and laboratory technology sectors, among others.
