SRS Legal adds Salomé Corte-Real as tax partner in Porto
SRS Legal has appointed Salomé Corte-Real as a partner in its tax law department in the firm’s Porto office. She joins from Vieira de Almeida.
Salomé Corte-Real brings more than 18 years of experience in tax law, having built her career at law firms and international consultancies, advising domestic and international clients on tax matters across complex business contexts. She joins partner Francisco Castro Guedes in the Porto-based tax team.
She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where she also completed a postgraduate qualification in Tax Law. She additionally attended specialist programmes in Taxation and Tax Planning, as well as in Management, at Católica Porto Business School.
Firm context
Managing partners César Sá Esteves and Octávio Castelo Paulo described the hire as “an important step in the development of SRS Legal’s Porto office and in the consolidation of a multidisciplinary team fully integrated within our national structure,” adding that her experience “will further enhance our ability to support national and international clients at a time when support for the Northern region’s business community is particularly relevant.”
