SRS instructed by Vesalius on investment in Porto’s Sword Health

SRS Advogados advised venture capital fund Vesalius Biocapital on an investment in Porto-based start-up Sword Health.

 

Sword Health is a company that uses artificial intelligence to help patients perform therapy at home by providing real-time feedback during treatment, under remote guidance from clinical teams.

Vesalius Biocapital’s investment was part of Sword Health’s recent €3.7 million investment round.

Vesalius Biocapital Partners invests in health companies and currently has more than €150 million under management in two funds.

The SRS Advogados team was led by partners Ana Menéres (pictured) and Paulo Bandeira.
