PLMJ acts for Ferro on acquisition of Endeka Portugal

PLMJ advised Ferro Corporation on the acquisition of Endeka Group’s operations in Portugal.

Endeka Group produces coatings and raw materials for the ceramic tiles market.

PLMJ also advised on the restructuring of the Ferro Group in Portugal, which culminated in incorporation of Endeka Ceramics into Ferro – Industrias Químicas (Portugal), which was finalised in April this year.

US-based Ferro Group confirmed the acquisition of Spain-headquartered Endeka Group in November last year.

Endeka’s full-year forecasted 2018 revenues are approximately €75 million. The company has approximately 340 employees.
