SRS instructed by M7 Real Estate on €55.7m property deal
SRS Advogados advised investor and asset manager M7 Real Estate on the acquisition of a total of 16 Portuguese assets from six vendors for €55.7 million.
The assets include logistics-related property, offices, business parks and retail parks.
The portfolio consists of more than 100,000 square metres of property, which is 87.8 per cent occupied by 41 tenants.
Most of the assets are located Lisbon and Porto.
The SRS team was led by partner William Smithson (pictured) and included managing associate Neuza Pereira.
