SRS advises Fidelidade on €28m acquisition of Yotel

SRS Advogados has advised Fidelidade – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, S.A. on its recent acquisition of Yotel, a hotel in Porto.

The operation was completed through the Real Estate Fund IMOFID, held by Fidelidade (49%) and other major Portuguese corporate investors. The total amount of the deal was just over 28 million euros.
