Squire Patton Boggs advises on acquisition financing to Minova
Squiere Patton Boggs´s team Manuel Mingot, José Luis Iriarte and David Calleja had advided Breal Zeta on the acquisition financing to Minova.
The firm has advised Breal Zeta CF on the acquisition financing to Australian industry leader for ground support and geotechnical solutions for mining, tunnelling and surface ground engineering projects, Minova, in relation to the acquisition and security related matters of the spanish company Bulteck Mining Systems, Bulteck is a leader in the design and manufacture of steel ground support products.
Squire Patton advised Breal Zeta through a team comprised by banking and finance partner Manuel Mingot, legal director José Luis Iriarte and associate David Calleja. Breal Zeta CF is a specialist asset-based lender offering structured asset-based lending solutions.
