Squire Patton Boggs has advised Grupo Prim on the acquisition of Laboratorios Herbitas

Squire Patton Boggs has advised Grupo Prim on the acquisition of Laboratorios Herbitas, a Valencian company with more than 30 years of experience in the market and an extensive catalogue of products in the orthopaedics, pharmacy and podiatry segments, a field in which it is a leader in Spain.

Laboratorios Herbitas is a family company, created in 1989, specialised in the trade, import and export of products and raw materials for medical, podiatric, orthopaedic and dental products, as well as the manufacture of insoles and the trade and assembly of clinical equipment.

The transaction is part of Prim’s Strategic Plan for the period 2021/2025, which includes an ambitious growth target, both organically and through selective acquisitions.
