Squire Patton Boggs advises Fracttal on US$35M financing round

Squire Patton Boggs has advised Fracttal, a company in intelligent maintenance solutions powered by AI, on the closing of a US$35 million financing round led by Riverwood Capital, with participation from its existing investors, including Seaya Ventures, Kayyak, GoHub and Amador.

The investment aims to enable Fracttal to strengthen its position in the maintenance sector, accelerate its expansion in Europe and Latin America, and continue developing advanced AI, IoT and product capabilities, as well as explore inorganic growth opportunities.

Fracttal currently has more than 20 million registered assets and a presence in over 60 countries, working with clients in the industrial and facilities maintenance sectors such as Iberostar, Acciona, Veolia, Coca-Cola and FedEx.
