Squire advises Ignis on the sale of a renewable energy project to Millennium Green
Squire Patton Boggs has advised Ignis on the sale of a photovoltaic project to Millennium Green Investments Group, as part of its asset rotation strategy in the renewable energy sector.
The asset sold was the 50 MW Dintel photovoltaic plant, located in Wamba (Valladolid). This transaction reinforces Ignis’ position as one of the key players in the renewable energy sector in Spain, a leader in decarbonization.
The firm team involved in the transaction consisted of Antonio Bañón (head of the Energy practice), Manuel Gómez (senior associate), and Íñigo Oliván (associate), all members of the Energy department at the Madrid office.
