SPB signs Laura Gómez Barea from Linklaters
Squire Patton Boggs has strengthened its real estate department with the signing of Laura Gómez Barea, who joins as a senior associate from Linklaters.

Laura has 8 years of experience and specializes in real estate and real estate finance transactions at both national and international levels. She has participated in numerous transactions including the sale and purchase, lease and financing of all types of real estate premises such as hotel complexes, shopping centers, high-street premises, office buildings and industrial sites, as well as in financial lease agreements, purchase options, corporate sale and purchase transactions and joint ventures.
Laura has a degree in Law and Business Administration bilingual from San Pablo CEU University and completed her Master’s Degree in access to Law at ICADE. Before joining Squire Patton Boggs, she worked for 5 years as an associate at Allen & Overy and since 2021 at Linklaters, where she was managing associate.
