SPB and KPMG in the acquisition of Clinica Barceloneta

Colisee Group, the France based operator of nursing and personal care facilities has acquired Clinica Barceloneta, the Spain based healthcare and geriatric management business from Familia Sucarrats, the Spain based real estate agencies & property managers.

The terms of the deal were undisclosed. Colisee Group is backed by EQT.

Squire Patton Boggs advised Colisee Group with Teresa Zueco, Alvaro Luaces, Rocio Garcia and Jaime Arca.

KPMG Abogados advised Familia Sucarrats with Eneko Belausteguigoitia, Leyre Diez Uli, Angel Pena and Ona Poy.
