SPB and Arpa advise on a new capital investment in Nabrawind
Squire Patton Boggs and ARPA Abogados y Consultores have advised on an equity investment in Pamplona-based Nabrawind Technologies, which is engaged in the design and development of high value-added wind technologies by Fortescue Future Industries (FFI), an Australian renewable energy project development company.
The collaboration between both companies is focused on addressing the most challenging issues in onshore wind energy today, such as reducing logistics costs, the limited or non-existent availability of large cranes, and project delays. This new investment supports Nabrawind’s growth and accelerates Fortescue’s decarbonization mission.
