Soriano i Piqueras enhances Academic Council with Legal Experts

Soriano i Piqueras, a law firm specializing in public and real estate law with offices in Valencia and Madrid, has announced the addition of two distinguished legal scholars to its academic council. This move aims to bolster the firm’s commitment to generating and disseminating legal knowledge, a mission spearheaded by its founder and managing partner, Víctor Soriano, an accomplished attorney and professor of administrative law.

The first new member is Sergio Silvestre, a lawyer at the Court of Auditors, currently serving as Deputy Director of the Third Department of the Court’s Audit Section. Silvestre will provide his expertise in the area of accounting liability, supporting the firm’s legal research and educational efforts.

Joining Silvestre is Macarena Diéguez, a professor at the University of Valladolid and a doctor of civil law specializing in intellectual property rights. Diéguez brings her extensive experience in various fields of private law to the firm, which predominantly handles cases involving public administrations.

With these additions, the law firm aims to strengthen its market position as a firm capable of addressing complex legal matters with the highest level of competence across different practice areas.
