Sergio Ferrer-Bonsoms joins SIX as senior legal counsel

Sergio Ferrer-Bonsoms Castán has joined BME, part of SIX Group, as senior legal counsel. He joins from A&O Shearman, where he served as associate at the International Capital Markets and Financial Regulatory department. Ferrer-Bonsoms announced the move on LinkedIn, marking the start of a new role in the legal team of the Spanish market infrastructure operator.

He thanked his former colleagues at A&O Shearman for the experience gained and the years spent working together, describing the appointment as a new professional challenge.
