Sagardoy integrates Copa Abogados
Sagardoy has integrated labour law boutique Copa Abogados, strengthening its position in Spain’s employment and social security law market.
The transaction brings together two firms with a shared focus on labour law, combining their expertise, talent and client relationships under a single platform. The integration adds a recognised team to Sagardoy’s practice and enhances its capabilities in employment advisory, collective bargaining, restructurings and labour litigation.
Founded in 1993, Copa Abogados is led by José Manuel Copa and David López, together with partners Sonia Juanis, Enrique García and Pedro Granja.
According to Martín Godino, managing partner of Sagardoy, the integration reinforces the firm’s growth strategy and commitment to providing specialised labour law advice to corporate clients.
