Sabadell adds B&F lawyer from EY

Banco Sabadell has hired Finance lawyer Jesús Berges Gracia, joining from EY Abogados

Jesús Berges Gracia (pictured) holds a double degree in Law & Business Administration from the Universidad de Zaragoza, with an international Exchange with Ryerson University, and holds a Master´s degree in Legal advice to companies from IE Law School.

He started his career in the Audit and Bankruptcy department of BDO as a trainee, joining EY Abogados in 2016 as a Banking & Finance lawyer focused on Structured Finance transactions, Acquisition Finance, general Corporate Finance and Refinancing processes, advising financial institutions, alternative lenders, borrowers and sponsors structuring and implementing Finance deals.

After a short period in Fieldfisher JAUSAS´ Banking & Finance department in 2019, he returned to EY Abogados until now, from which he has joined Banco Sabadell.
