RyC advises banks on Grupo Chamartín financing for €10m

Ramon y Cajal Abogados has advised the bank syndicate on a syndicated loan to Grupo Chamartín for €10 million

Grupo Chamartin S.A. (CHAMSA) is a leading Spanish group that has been manufacturing irrigation systems for more than 50 years. The Group has taken part in numerous international competitive bidding for projects of irrigation with loans from the World Bank, Intern American Bank of Development and European Investment Bank.

The transaction was closed by Ramón y Cajal Abogados Banking & Finance team, led by partner Amado Giménez, and included associate Diego Gabaraín and lawyer Elisa Ribas de Reyna.
