RSM Spain opens a German Desk
RSM Spain has announced the launch of its German Desk to offer legal, tax, auditing and consultancy services to both Spanish companies seeking to expand in Germany and German companies needing advice in Spain or Latin America
According to the firm, the members of the RSM German Desk are specialized in all types of investment operations, commercial agreements, litigation, including cross-border company purchase and sale operations, among others.
RSM German Desk is made up of a team of professionals from RSM Spain, led by Hugo Ester (pictured left), a lawyer specializing in Corporate and Commercial advice to German-speaking companies, Christian Castellá (pictured right), RSM Madrid office partner in the Litigation and Arbitration department, Sergio García, Barcelona office Tax department manager, and Xavier Miravalls, RSM Barcelona office M&A department partner.
