RSM advises Trans-Sev on its acquisition by the Moryben fund
RSM has advises Trans-Sev, in the sale and purchase process to the Moryben fund, created by the young entrepreneur Enrique Moreno de la Cova Ybarra.
Trans-Sev is a family business dedicated for more than thirty years to the transport of goods with a fleet of more than 100 trucks and works for companies such as Bollo-Natural Fruits, the distributor of Coca Cola or the Lactalis Group.
With this purchase and sale operation, Enrique Moreno de la Cova has become CEO, although the founding family maintains a stake and continues to be part of the company’s management. In this way, the Moryben fund enters the logistics sector, offering Trans-Sev new opportunities for expansion and operational optimization.
The M&A team, led by partner Francisco Arroyo, together with Alfonso Ollero and Gonzalo Cano, from the same area, has carried out the whole process of advising on the sale by Trans-Sev. A transaction in which the firm has provided comprehensive advice not only on the commercial side, but also on the labor side, led by Francisco de Borja Ortas, labor partner and Enrique Mellado, in charge of the due diligence and Carlos Tassara, who has advised the logistics company on public law matters.
