RSGM integrates Corpolex
RSGM, a boutique specialising in insolvency law, has integrated the firm Corpolex to continue driving its growth strategy that will allow it to expand its portfolio of commercial law advisory services.
Founded in 2018 by Pedro Cruz (pictured left), Corpolex Abogados & Economistas provides legal advice in commercial law to national and international companies operating in Spain and Portugal.
For its part, RSGM Abogados, a law firm co-directed by Alejandro Rey (pictured centre) and Diego Gutiérrez (pictured right), began the year by announcing a change of corporate identity, after incorporating Gutiérrez as a partner.
“With this integration, the firm opens an exciting stage for a project that will continue to grow and remain faithful to the values on which the firm was created: excellence, proximity, high specialisation and a great commitment to our clients,” says Rey.
