Ronaldo advised by MLGTS on new Real Madrid contract

Lisbon law firm MLGTS advised Portuguese international footballer Cristiano Ronaldo on the renewal of his Real Madrid contract, which will mean he will remain at the club until June 2021.

Ronaldo started his career at Andorinha, his home town club. Aged 11, he joined Sporting Clube de Portugal. In 2003, he joined the English club Manchester United before signing for Real Madrid in 2009.

In addition to winning league titles in England and Spain, Ronaldo has won the Champions League with Manchester United and Real Madrid, while individual honours have included winning the Ballon d’Or and being named FIFA World Player of the Year.

In 2016, he was part of the Portuguese team that won the European Championships.
