Allen & Overy acts for Investcorp on acquisition of €200m Agromillora stake

Allen & Overy acted for Investcorp on its acquisition of a majority €200 million stake in Agromillora, a Spain-based provider of plant propagation services to the agricultural industry.

Agromillora’s business focuses on wooded crops including olive trees, nut trees and fruit trees.

Agromillora has 11 production facilities in nine countries, selling to more than 300 nurseries and 1,500 growers in more than 25 different countries. It employs more than 1,300 employees worldwide.

The Allen & Overy team was led by Juan Hormaechea and Íñigo del Val.
