RocaJunyent on the sale of Fundiciones Monfort
RocaJunyent has advised on the sale of Fundiciones Monfort’s business unit to Lubax Park, as part of the company’s insolvency proceedings.
The transaction has provided a continuity solution for the industrial business, ensuring that operations continue and that the 32 employees associated with the business unit are transferred to the buyer, explains the law firm.
RocaJunyent’s advice was led by partner Juan Antonio Borras and associate director Marta Sagalá García.
