Celia Vega-Penichet joins Harvey’s strategy and transformation team
Celia Vega-Penichet has moved to Harvey’s strategy and transformation team as founding manager, following her previous role as legal engineer and strategic lead for go-to-market (GTM) across Iberia and EMEA.
Based in Madrid, Vega-Penichet joined the legal AI company in February 2026 as part of its founding team in Spain, leading market expansion and working with general counsel and law firm partners to integrate AI into core legal workflows.
Before joining Harvey, she worked in private equity at Azora, collaborating with the chief operating officer, chief financial officer and board on capital formation, strategy and execution.
She began her career as an M&A lawyer at Latham & Watkins, advising on cross-border transactions involving private equity, venture capital and capital markets. She also founded HotNot, a creative technology platform launched across Europe and the United States.
