RocaJunyent in $300 million investment of Aquila Capital invests

RocaJunyent has advised Cerámicas Catalonia on the sale of a plot of land in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona) to Aquila Capital, who will invest 300 million euros in setting up a data centre. The project will have a capacity of 40 MW.

The operation has been led by Roger Pla and Dolors Roca, partner and Of Counsel of Real Estate Law, and the amount of the purchase of the land has not been disclosed.

Cerámicas Catalonia, since 1986, is one of the leading companies in the sale and distribution of building materials and solutions in Catalonia.
