Ecija has advised Frontier Renewables Holdings on the incorporation of a closed-end investment management company (SGEIC) called Frontier Renewables Capital, SGEIC, as authorised by the CNMV.
Frontier Renewables is an international group focused on renewable energy investment and energy transition.
