RocaJunyent advises on Hoteles Miami sale
RocaJunyent has advised one of the shareholders of Hoteles Miami, S.L. on the sale of the company to Mimas Hotels.
Hoteles Miami operated the Hotel/Pensión Miami, located in central Barcelona. The transaction brings the company under the ownership of Mimas Hotels, although the financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
