Roger Pla Madrid
RocaJunyent has advised the Swiss insurance company Zurich Insurance on the sale of a portfolio of offices in the centre of Barcelona.
The portfolio consists of three buildings with a total surface area of 12,000 square metres and 100% occupancy.
The RocaJunyent team advising on this deal was formed by real estate law partner Roger Pla Madrid, associate Carlos Fernandez Hernando and lawyer Anna Estorach.
