RocaJunyent advises Pescapuerta on Congelados Llinares
RocaJunyent has advised Grupo Pescapuerta on the acquisition of Congelados Llinares, an Andalusia-based distributor of frozen products for the HORECA channel. The transaction strengthens Pescapuerta’s position in the Spanish food distribution market and expands its presence in southern Spain.
Grupo Pescapuerta is one of the leading global players in wild-catch fishing and the distribution of frozen food products. Through the acquisition, the company continues to advance its growth strategy in Spain while enhancing its distribution capabilities in Andalusia, a key market for the group.
Congelados Llinares has established itself as a recognized supplier of frozen products to the hospitality and foodservice sector, providing Pescapuerta with an expanded regional footprint and closer access to customers in the HORECA segment.
