RocaJunyent advises on the IPO of Axon Partners Group
RocaJunyent has advised on the IPO of Axon Partners Group, an international investment and consulting firm.
By this deal, Axon Partners Group achieves its IPO on BME Growth through an IPO (Initial Public Offering) with which the firm will place 15% of its share capital.
The spanish fund manager plans to double its size in four years and democratise the company, giving employees, investors and clients a stake in the company, with a commitment to pay out 75% of net profit in dividends.
“The IPO will make the company even stronger and accelerate its growth by taking advantage of the firm’s privileged positioning in all its business units,” says Axon’s chairman, Francisco Velázquez de Cuellar.
The team from RocaJunyent advising on the IPO of Axon Partners Group was formed by the partner and lawyer of capital markets, Jaime Tarrero (pictured) and Mariano Renedo.
