RocaJunyent advises on the acquisition Galletas Camprodón

RocaJunyent has advised Adam Foods on the acquisition of Galletas Camprodón, a company specialising in the production of biscuits, which has brands such as Birba and Nuria in its catalogue. The operation has been led by partner Natalia Martí Picó and associate Eric Calero Martín.

Adam Foods is a group of food companies with more than 100 years of history. Their companies are autonomous but interconnected and share the same values. It owns brands such as Cuétara, Artiach, Phoskitos, La Piara, Aneto, Panrico or Pez.

Galletas Camprodón celebrated its 125th birthday in 2018, founded by the family Deshierba of Camprodón. Adam Foods will keep the Borba and Nuria brands and the 60 jobs at the Camprodón factory.

This purchase aims to consolidate the presence of Adam Foods in the market and complement its portfolio.
